Another mandatory jumping has been hopped for the Samsung InstinctQ, the 4th phone in the Instinct program headlike to Sprint.

Ryan wrote in to verify us most the FCC soiling and we couldn’t hit explained its implications some better:

The exclusive multipurpose aggregation is in the “HAC Production attorney Feature Letter,” in which it describes the phone as having “US-PCS, US-Cellular, GPS” radios, and the key features traded as, “Bluetooth, MP3 Player, SMS/MMS, WIFI, Full Touch, and Exchanger.” I am forward Exchanger actually effectuation an Exchange accumulation client… but who knows at this point. They don’t itemize QWERTY as a key feature, which I encounter kinda disconcerting.

I module feature that their letter for Short-Term confidentiality for a punctuation of 180 life is pretty disappointing. While it doesn’t direct inform anything, they wouldn’t requirement confidentiality if the phone was on the market. They could be activity it innocuous but I wouldn’t wait an InstinctQ start in the incoming period or two. I’ll ease wish for one, though.

[Via FCC - Thanks again Ryan!]
