T-MOBILE G1 FIFTH BEST-SELLING SMARTPHONE IN US

Strong income of the T-Mobile G1 in the US hit pushed the phone to sort fivesome in the Q1 2009 smartphone rankings.  According to mart researchers The NPD Group, the G1 was kept from the top-spot by a compounding of BlackBerry devices and the Apple iPhone 3G.

While limited income figures of the G1 hit not been given, it’s informing that the figure - the exclusive Android phone acquirable in the US mart - vex Microsoft, Symbian and Palm devices to a locate in the crowning five.  Smartphones today attain up 23-percent of amount US phone sales, up from 17-percent year-on-year; despite that, both Apple’s and Palm’s mart deal of the portion dropped by 10-percent each.
